Navigation signs for tourists appeared in Primorye
The first five signs were installed in the historic center of Vladivostok.
The guests of Primorye will feel more comfortable - five signs for tourists were installed at the city center. They can be seen near the railway station and the passengers ship terminal, in Aleutskaya and Svetlanskaya streets.
As the Tourist Information Center of the Primorskiy Territory reports, the navigation signs will help the guest in Primorye to navigate better in the urban space.
The signs have a brown background on which white coated object symbol are printed, its location and the name of the attraction in English and Russian languages are written. According to the experts, the signs were made in accordance with regulatory requirements and the uniform guidelines of the Ministry of Culture.
"The next seven signs will appear on the Ship and Sports embankments of Vladivostok, nearby the view point on the" Eagle's Nest" hill, on the Russkiy Island and near the facilities of the Vladivostok fortress – Voroshilovskaya firing battery and Vladivostok fortress museum. In general till the end of the year will 30 signs will be installed,"- the center noted.
It should be noted, that according to the Vice-Governor Sergey Nekhayev, today the Primorskiy Territory is one of the largest tourist centers of the country.
"The main task for now is to develop and improve the travel industry in the region and bring it to a new level. I am confident that the tourism industry will continue its rapid development and become one of the main "points of growth" of the Primorskiy Territory’s economy", - the deputy head of the region said.
It should be added that the Tourist Information Center of the Primorskiy Territory can provide any advice on attractions of Primorye, in foreign languages as well.
